Leo Moran from the Saw Doctors had a great day on the Greenway, and is thinking of changing the words to the N17, "I wish i was on the Great Western Greenway"

NBC in the United States came over and filmed our operation as part of their St Patricks Day 2013 special on Ireland.  It is focused on the Gathering in the West of Ireland.

Just a friendly reminder that the Great Western Greenway is closed to the public on Thursday Feb 21st for scheduled maintenance.

Michael from Dublin managed to outwit Jennifer 3-2 in the Today FM www.destinationwestport.com Competition this morning  earning himself an overnight trip to Westport, tickets to Westport House, and Bike Hire with ourselves to experience the Great Western Greenway.  Well Done Michael

We would like to congratulate Mr. Tom Shannon who has hired bikes (number 83 to be exact "inside joke") from us for the past 3 days, and has somehow managed to cycle more than 100km at 77 years of age; without breaking a sweat.
